Sometimes the cleverest ads are those created quickly. And everyone loves something witty.  This one from Mini really is exactly that.

It also reminds us: quickly-conceived topical ads that reflect current affairs are often some of the best. Just like a good comedian – have a dig at the things we’re all talking about, and you’re onto a winner.

We had great results with this ad for mastitis treatment, around the time Alistair Campbell was circulating his Dodgy Dossier. And let’s not forget how Specsavers capitalised on the Korean flag cock-up during the London Olympics.
