When you’re launching a really radical new product – but one that’s also rather complicated – it helps to have a captive audience.
So the launch of Trace’s new cross-border property management software clearly called for an event. It duly took place in the heart of London, close to most of the potential customers.
In the massive space beneath the Globe Theatre, we wove together a series of short, well-rehearsed and above all interesting presentations, interspersed with a number of, er, theatrical elements – and topped it all off with a fine meal.
We organised everything, wrote the presentations, dressed the set, coached the speakers and produced the various video and print accompaniments. We’ll let the client tell the rest of the story:
“There have been so many benefits to Trace. We have really got to grips with what we are offering and how we differentiate ourselves from the competition. We’ve told the story to internal staff and created a degree of understanding and generated enthusiasm for the project … this was, quite simply, the most professional event we have ever presented. There were 20 ‘new to Trace’ organisations in attendance and 3 serious enquires to follow up immediately. A great team effort from Stanton Shallcross … professionalism, patience and persistence certainly paid off.” Graham Davies, Business Development Director, Trace Solutions.
