When you’re launching a really radical new product – but one that’s also rather complicated – it helps to have a captive audience.

So the launch of Trace’s new cross-border property management software clearly called for an event. It duly took place in the heart of London, close to most of the potential customers.

In the massive space beneath the Globe Theatre, we wove together a series of short, well-rehearsed and above all interesting presentations, interspersed with a number of, er, theatrical elements – and topped it all off with a fine meal.

We organised everything, wrote the presentations, dressed the set, coached the speakers and produced the various video and print accompaniments.We’ll let the client tell the rest of the story:
